Asus Rog Strix Z690 E Bios Update. Also manually renamed the prior 2004 BIOS file to "TEST ROG-STRIX-Z690-E-GAMING-WIFI-ASUS-2004.CAP" to see if it would break, but EZ Flash recognized it just fine and would've allowed me to flash, so naming is not the issue here!

2.The factory default settings are set to Intel Default Settings, which now include non-K processors (the K series were already included in previous versions) So I left it around 1.35v (this way I kept the CPU cooler)
